Disappointed/bad service

I have submitted a claim on tuesday 27 February 2024 and on Wednesday they advised that who the claims advisor was. I called on Friday 1 March for feedback they told me that it was not sent through to 3rd party claims so no one is eorjing on it. They said they will send me further firms to complete this was at 9am. It is now 14.30 still nothing has beef received on my side. I have probably called 20 times when I get through the line disconnects. I am just not impressed with the service I have received this far. It is extremely disapoiting
