Disappointed in road side

For the first time I’m very disappointed in dotsure’s roadside assistance

I was stuck on the side of the road from 23:00 to 3:00. My phone died waiting for help, if it wasn’t for the fact that my place was a walkable distance i would have been stuck until day break

The point of road assistance is to ensure To be timely and efficient. What if I couldn’t reach my place and I was in an unsafe area? Your job is make sure you send someone to the last location received moreover when you can no longer reach them

I honestly hope this never happens again and never happens to anyone
