Disappointed - Dotsure
Extremely disappointed in the service received from Dotsure. I logged a claim 17 days ago and it is still not resolved. no one comes back to you; I've sent 2 emails with no reply and logged the claim on my portal. Their promise to you is that turnaround time is 2 days...?
