Disappointed client
I had a minor accident with my vehicle that was supposed to replace a fender and polish the bumper ,i called in and was told that an assessor will be assigned to me ,then boom no one came and i got a R53 000 quote ,i am so disappointed because the quote that i made my self was R11 000 with a physical inspection,after a day they told me that my claim was rejected because of the 53K ,i spoke to a lady called Simamkele and she said some one will call till now ,i feel like the insurance just showed me the middle finger and left it like that and i have never skipped a single payment to them

I did get a call from a lady called Bokeka and still did not resolve my situation and while we were on a call her line cut and she did not call me back ,i feel like its taking advantage because i wanted to ask some few questions about the rejection but till now no call or email
