Disappointed client

There is a probleme with todays insurance companies,we see on the media all sorts of problems.They are taking money every month .But when there is a problem,they just dont want to talk to you.I send emails,call me back,to Dotsure,but they dont phone me back.The problem is since last year,Netstar is taking extra money from my son's bank account.And dotsure is taking.money.When i phone Netstar, they ssaid to me the policy is canceled in Oct 2023,and that is a big fat bul**** story.My son did not,did not canceled his policy at Dotsure.Now Dotsure dont Phone me back to tell me what is going on.No they just ignore the problem.They are doning the same as the big companies that are now on social media,if somthing happens ,these companies dont want to pay.But they dont do there job and talk to there clients.It is better to take the money and keep quiet. So yes people we must be very very clued up with these companies.Do your home work, and these companies dont want to send you a copy of your contract in your home languages.Beacuse we dont under stand the English contract, and there are so many words in that cover these companies. I am so so un happy with Dotsure,because the are not what they say.Dotsure must take down you ads for the TV,because you dont care Please people, thes companies just want your money and dont care nothing about you.Make sure you understand what is going on.As for me and my son,since 2020 we dont understand Dotsure contract.And with yhis problem of them not calling me back to solve the problem of Netstar and Dotsure,it shows me also Dotsure is in it for the money .Dont trust these companies please ,look out for your self.
