Disappointed
As per the adverti*****t on TV radio etc I app**** for pet insurance with dotsure the start up service was great but now I'm in a pickle and all I'm being told is they can't assist me, my dog was sick the weekend and I took her to AACL has all the private vets my side of the world wanted upfront payment, at the end I'm paying pet insurance and then I still had to pay
