Disappointed and Furious!!

Being with Dotsure for 3 years your service is very pathetic...you get loyal people who adhere to every payment but when you get people who negligently fail to see that you were not at fault still agrees with the 3rd party insurance to settle 50/50 ...the biggest mistake of my life is actually choosing yourll Dotsure as my insurance yourll kept me hanging for 3 months back and forth sending video clippings of what any person would see what happened in the accident...yourll take no pride in flighting for your customers with continuous resignation of staff members I sent an email last week and you give me the same story of the settlement the previous resigned agent gave me...your agents turn around telling us that we can go and claim the rest or claim from small claims court!!! Or claim back the monies ourselves what pathetic service is this... Schalk legal team to Marinette,Phalo and Natassia good to send emails to rate the service but yourll can't find better ways to retain your clients highly disappointed I will not be advising anyone to join yourlls insurance yourll might be standing low on installments but when there is an accident or household goods ****** yourll do the least amount of work and have unhappy clients in the end... pathetic job well done!!
