disappointed about their service and feel like they are robbing customers

I bought a car in December 2020 and insured it with dotsure, unfortunately 2021 I got involved in an accident 2021 April and they wrote my car off saying it was undrivable, the car was 16k kilos by then, the settlement amount from the bank was 161k and they only offered to pay 82k and take the car that's when I decided to take my car as is and am still driving it and it is now at 76k kilos and feel like they wanted to reap me off
