Disappointed

I took out insurance on both my dogs and therefore paid 2 x premiums per month. When I claimed for a skin treatment which was administered to both dogs at my local Vet, I was only refunded for 1 dog. Needless to say, but my issue "Will be referred to the relevant Department". This was over 4 months ago... I have cancelled both premiums, but that also did not phase Dotsure at all. It is a pity I have to watch their adverts on TV as they do not deserve the publicity in my opinion.
