Disappointed

Dotsure consultants are very professional and clear, so clear of punishing me for doing the right thing and spaying my dog. This procedure is classified (by Dotsure) as “wellness” therefore an operation of R1980, I only get R555 refunded to me. That’s 28% only!!

So instead of assisting people out there to do the right thing and spay their animals, Dotsure will not even assist their customers with the “Superior Plan” half way. Dotsure should promote Pet Sterilization, preventing unwanted puppies and kittens in the world, placing even more pressure on the Shelters and Organizations out there trying to re-home these unwanted pets.

Needless to say I am very disappointed in this clear and negative policy of Dotsure. Superior plan is not so superior, it does not even reimburse a third of the Spay procedure cost. If I had known this before I signed on I would never had signed on with Dotsure.
