Dillon in the Pet Claims Department is a Star

I cannot thank Dillon from the Dotsure Pet Insurance Claims Department enough for the exceptional service he gave me while handling my dog's claim.

There was an error on the claim from my vet’s side, where two entry lines had accidentally been left off. Dillon noticed immediately and contacted me the same day to let me know that the invoice wasn’t adding up. I emailed him and my vet’s receptionist on Friday to try and get everything resolved.

What impressed me most was what happened next. On Monday, Dillon personally phoned my vet’s receptionist, went through the claim with him line by line, and together they discovered exactly what was missing. Dillon then took care of everything and called me that same day to let me know that the claims had been sorted and would be paid within 2–3 working days.

Dillon was kind, patient, incredibly efficient and genuinely went above and beyond what I expected. He could easily have just sent the claim back and left us to sort it out, but instead he took ownership and made sure it was resolved.

People often only leave reviews when something goes wrong, so I really wanted to take the time to say how exceptional Dillon was. Dotsure, you have a star in your Claims Department! ⭐
