Different diagnosis treated as prev claim and fails to pay out correct amount

Pays out claims incorrectly and when you query about incorrect amounts, you do not get any response. They want to decide which medication the Vets must write up otherwise they do not cover them as well.

Second time around that payments are incorrect as consultants google what they opinion is on medications prescribed ending up in no coverage.

Not impressed with services so far.

Cancelled two of my other pets.

Different diagnosis gets loaded up as per prev diagnosis meaning sub limits are depleted quicker.
