Didn't trust Dotsure - Now I am about to be their ambassador!

<p>I got my first Insurance with ABSA, find them very expensive I went back to google while I was browsing got Dotsure by default and left my details on the contact us Tab. a consultant got in touch with me and gave me the best deal ever. I signed up with them and all my friends were not happy with my move and they were very worried about the premium I was paying due to the discount I received. bought the second car and got even the better deal and discounts for the both cars. One of the cars was involved in the accident last month. reported the accident and started the claim process. I must say the only problem was the first person I spoke to reporting the accident (Sinazo), she was unhelpful at all. Spoke to different consultants with no success after that. I then contacted my Dotsure personal consultant Chloe Moses who is a darling and always willing to assist - I must say after that I received a call from Marisa Mekenna who helped me through the claiming process, she was able to assist and the Claim was paid within a month. All was fair and clear as per our agreement in the contract. Money was paid into my account. Would like to thank Chloe Moses, Marisa and everyone who helped in the process for the job well done. </p>
