Demar Jansen excellent service

I had another insurer call me but I was not happy at all with the manner in which the call went the agent initially didn’t want to do the quote given the pup is still quite small even though I advised I’ll only be getting it at 8 weeks

Non the less the quote took place without me feeling comfortable or knowledgeable even though the quote was much cheaper than dot sure I didn’t go through with it

Until Demar Jansen called me at the end of the day when I was feeling dejected and upset he managed to advise me of the right policy for me and my needs and patiently went through the details and cover of the policy

He also listened carefully and then responded with which policy he thought would be good suggestion

I felt immediately relieved as I could sense and witness his clear understanding of the Dot sure policies and he was able to close a deal with me

I was very impressed as I know the insurance industry is a tough one and we all humans that have numerous things that are going on in both our professional and personal lives but he was able to put that aside and energetically and efficiently handle my call
