Delay tactics to avoid payment

In December 2022, my car was involved in an accident and was written off. My father took out the insurance under his name, We launched a claim on the 19th of December. Allegedly, the claim was approved about two weeks ago, according to their representative. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCCESS THE PAYMENT OR YOU'R JUST PLAYING DELAY TACTICS TO AVOID PAYING???? Why do we pay installments, and when it is time to pay up, we get the runaround? But when you collect installments, you want it on time.
