Deeply disappointed in Dotsure
I recently submitted a claim in excess of R3400 and they only covering R475 for this event. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted at this. I got told if my puopy was ill they would have covered the entire costs. Why must I wait for my pet to be dying? I don't understand this. There is sufficiebt limit in thr annual sugery cover to pay for this event. One thing is sure Dotsure I am definitely going to look for other cover.
