Deductions made without a full agreement and no refund policy

I have a complaint about Dotsure insurance...I was explained about the product .I agreed to yes I understand what the product is about but I didn't agree to take the product.

In the voice recording I asked for a quote and said I will talk to my husband regarding the quote.

They took my kindness for granted and debited me when I didn't evens have a phone to access my banking app to see they debiting my account.

My phone broke and I don't have any word of communication..or follow ups regarding the money they deducted from my account.

I noticed in the beginning of this month that they have been deducting money from December whilst I didn't evens have a phone to communicate with.

I feel this is not right..when I follow up with a refund they send me the voice recording and say I agreed.

I would not agree to pay a premium of 800 and something and a additional 600 and something with extra value products...the cost of living is high and with my salary I can't afford to pay this much money on a insurance..I'm highly disappointed..

It's not fair to violate people's trust if they don't evens have a phone to communicate.

I don't understand how insurance companies wants us to trust them and pay them on time but when we have questions and need help regarding refunds and assistance with a way forward...they go out of their way to make us look like we wrong and than they say they can't assist us based on this and that..my question is..is about money to them or do they really care about theyr clients well being..if you really want to keep clients...why don't you meet them halfway instead of making things difficult and unbearing .I'm highly disappointed.. At first I really liked being a client ..but now I regret signing up..I have been with Dotsure for a 2 years or longer ..and this is the service I get..I'm so..so..so disappointed.
