Declined claim

I have been loyal to Dotsure for more than 3 years without any distractions nor failure to pay my premiums but to my suprise after I have claimed for the damages caused by heavy rainfall to be talked that my house need maintenance instead no one came to inspect the house during the time of taking the insurance.

I don't know if I'm being treated like this because of my colour or what because the inspector that came had an attitude against my claim .

However the house was renovated during 2*** . I'm even told that I was supposed to produce slips of which I wasn't told at first.
