Debit order still taken from my account

I haven't decided to take the policy, I wanted to see what my car was cover for on the warranty plan, yet they have still deducted the funds from my account, for the past 3 months I have contacted them before, send a email about my ticket nr en a few hours after that the ticket was resolve but it was not as for debit order went of this morning again.
