Debit order deduction request not adhered to by Oaklife / DOTSURE

I have two policies with Oaklife/Dotsure. I have communicated with them on 15.04.2026 to request that my debit order dates on both policies should be changed to the 15th of each month. Oaklife/Dotsure only changed the one policy's debit order date which is not acceptable because my salary date changed. I took it up with them via e-mail, but received no response/feedback.

As far as I can see on my bankstatement, the one policy's date is changed to the 15th, because it did not go off at month end, which is correct. BUT! Suddenly my other policy (that usually went off on the last day of each month (Oaklife VHSP***), was put through on 20.04.2026, which resulted that Absa charged me R70 + for Returned d/o due to insufficient funds. Oaklife/Dotsure than tried to deduct AGAIN on 29.04.2026 (NOT EVEN MONTH-END)!!!! I am extremely unhappy with this situation. I have been a loyal customer of Oaklife for numerous years and now I am extremely upset. I want them to sort out this mess ASAP and preferably I want them to take responsibility and refund me for bank charges, charged by my bank due to this unacceptable situation .
