Dangerous situation

I am currently stuck next to the road, The R21, you cant get hold of them, we eventually cot hold of a secretary that got someone to phone us, this is now 2 hours we are stuck here. They don't contact you or try to help as soon as possible. And got the location wrong. What if i was a lady of 78, what then. Its so dangerous. So now i am trying to get a rope, and toe the car ourselves. The worse company ever. After this, i am switching
