Customer Service Review I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Ayana Zulu from Dot Sure, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service I received. Ayana was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable — she took the time to thoroughly explain my policy options, answer all my questions, and even walked me through the claims process step by step. What really stood out was her genuine care and empathy — not just for me, but for my pet as well. It’s rare to find someone in customer service who goes above and beyond, but Ayana did just that. She turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and reassuring one. Thanks to Ayana’s support, I feel confident that I made the right choice with this pet insurance provider.
