Customer Service does not Exist
There has been extra cover deducted from my account. I have been struggling for 8 hours to get appropriately helped regarding the cancellation of the extra cover I did not sign up for and regarding the refund there has been no help as emails can not be answered, non-existent phone numbers are given.
