Customer service
I've never experienced such good customer service from Dotsure than today. Nkosinathi Mngadi, this gentleman was just all that today. He kept me calm over the phone, he was very helpful and understood what I was looking for and how Dotsure can assist. It's important to have people like this gentleman that understands the product or service the company is offering in order to be able to assist in the best way possible. Thank you Dotsure, thank you Mr Nkosinathi Mngadi.
