Customer service - Caitlyn Kelton
I called to cancel my pet insurance and was helped by the most friendly call agent! Caitlyn Kelton was super supportive and kind to me and ensured that I understood what canceling my policy meant and that I had informed knowledge. She made canceling my policy very easy and I am super appreciative for her kindness.
