Customer Service at Dotsure

I tried to register my pets with another pet insurance and the service I received was severely lacking. By chance I got hold of Alexis at Dotsure who was extremely helpful, provided me with all the information and had my pets signed up within a blink of an eye. Alexis was super friendly and very patient with me as I travel frequently for business and very difficult to get hold of but she persevered.
