I placed a review on Hallo Peter re. the disgraceful change to load shedding claims. Dot sure have indicated on your site that they have contacted me, this a complete lie. I did receive a missed call and an e mail telling me that my ticket had been closed. Is this a way of keeping the Dotsure stats with Hallo Peter artificially high.
