I had the most amazing customer service ever. Bernadine has been wonderful help wasn't trying to pressure me to sign up at all. She was very helpful gave all the information I needed and made me felt relaxed. She understands that sometimes people can't afford pet insurance for their fur babies and that people want their fur babies to have the best life. I am really glad to join Dotsure
