The consultant Bernard van Biljon from Dotsure.co.za assisted me with my application I app**** for the Dotsure Pet Insurance. First of all what was great is that he assisted me in own language. He was able to answer all my questions and also assisted me with making amendments to the application., which I was unable to make while obtaining a quote on the website. I also received follow-up calls from the call centre to ensure that I understood everything with regards to the policy and to enquire if I had any further questions. I also received the policy documents in good time after my application was successfully processed. It was a positive experience.
