I am Nkosana Nomzikazi I took a car insurance policy with dotsure last year, they told me Nestar will come and install a smart box as it is one of their package but i told them i already have a car tracker but they said its compulsory. Now i cancelled the policy with dot sure but now I cant cancel with Nestar they tell me it is a 3 year contract as if i am the one who asked they service but i didnt its dot sure who has a contract with them they want me to pay R1900 as I cancel

We confirm that the terms of the tracking device with Altech Netstar were discussed with you during the voice proposal and same was accepted by you. The consultant advised you that the tracking unit was on a separate 36 months contract with Altech Netstar.
