I would like to thank Kaidene Anderson at dotsure.co.za for all her assistance! From sending a request for a quote (something I'm not a fan of) to Kaidene Anderson calling was an experience. I was frank with her about what I want and expected. Within minutes she curated my plan, explaining everything detail (without knowing it) and mentioned the parts of the policy I was looking for. It was such a great pleasure talking to Kaidene Anderson. Customer excellence isn't something we experience on a daily basis. Great work and thank you for dotsure.co.za for taking my new pup, and not so new, onboard. 😊 P.S. She didn't bombard me with calls and respected the time I asked her to give me to think and phoned when I was ready. Amazing.
