******, stay away!

I am not getting any joy from Oarkhurst/Dotsure, I am at a veg of giving up with them and will have to escalate this to the Ombudsman. This company is by far the most useless company I have ever come across. In short, they are a ****.It’s going for two months now since I have been awaiting my excess to be recovered. No feedback, no communication, nothing. Their employees are very *********** and rude. When you try to contact them they put you on hold for hours, and when you finally get to speak to someone they will transfer you from pillar to post...Worst service ever
