******! Never take a policy

 Hi Annatjie,  After conducting a full investigation regarding the rejection of your claim, we confirm that we found the following.  

1. You had chosen a nominated driver policy at the inception of your cover;
2. Your partner was not nominated as alleged in your post;
3. We have confirmed that, during a review of your policy on 01 October 2018, you were duly informed of the requirement of nominating persons who would be driving the insured vehicle and how your failure to do this could affect the outcome of your claims;
4. You undertook to provide the details of your nominated drivers at a later stage, but in the time between your undertaking and the occurrence of the loss – you had not done as required;
5. Your loss occurred on 05 March 2018;
6. At this time you had been made duly aware of your policy requirements, yet you allowed a person who you knew was not nominated to drive the insured vehicle;
7. This is not covered by your policy.

 In light of the above, your claim outcome was guided by the policy that you agreed to without objection. All relevant recordings have been sent to you.  We  trust that you find this in order.  Sincerely,
