Court Case -Pathetic experience from Dotsure

Pathetic service,a *****,Ntombifuthi Ngwenya was contacted by Dorsure to sell her a policy,then when we claimed for SO MANY DAYS THERE WAS NO RESPONSE OR COMMUNICATION!!!! Do not use this insurance,opt for another ,don’t even take an offer over the phone,bad service,as it is have already incurred costs for this poor service and have to further take this to court.they refuse to give anything in writing ,horrible
