Continuous excellent service

They say all bad things come in 3s. After not having any issues since mid last year, my pets decided it was time to bring the house down in one month. First my one dog got sick, 6 days later my other dog cut his knee open while being a hooligan, and just 3 days after that my cat got out and was bitten by a dog. I'm sure dotsure is pretty tired of me after the 2 weeks we had, but they answered each call and claim quickly and effectively. I honestly don't know what we would've done without dotsure. Thank you to Tamran Jantjies and Micheala Cronje for going the extra mile and handling my claims the day they were submitted instead of the week long period we're supposed to expect. The two of you put our family at ease and I know that should anything happen to one of my furkids again I can rush them to the vet and not have to stress about the bill that follows. You seriously are lifesavers.
