Continuing horrible nightmare Dotsure third party claim.

This is my follow up review since 27 October 2024 about a nightmare Dotsure third party claim I continue to experience. I unequivocally rate them a RED ZERO. The mere phone call promised in their response never came. Their 3rd party claim policy is designed as a punitive measure to people put in vehicle accident inconvenience by their members. My stationery car was bumped at the back by their member in June 2024, whose claim they sorted out and finalized immediately in July, but here I am, four months later, still at Dotsure's mercy waiting and having to plead for finalization of my claim, without a functional car! How is that for great service..? One of their claim forms, Dotsure vindictively states that "YOU ARE NOT OUR CLIENT, AND WE ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO YOU". I would like to know from Dotsure: After having breached your own 60 business day policy by an excess of a whole 11 business days to eventually give me a final assessment conclusion; I am still cruelly subjected to a further 60 business days just to await payment? Does this company even know about the term "REDRESS" to ensure fairness and consideration for inconvenience they have exacerbated? Who in this world, finds the fact that I am put in a position to be without a car for an agonizing 6 months, fair and justifiable? Dotsure officials, please be considerate and expedite the payment for my car repair! Remember, I was put in this situation by your client, whose life you ensured was immediately restored to order, while mine is currently turned upside down. Maybe you need to learn a thing or two from benchmark with other insurance companies on how better they handle third party insurance claims competently, considerately and efficiently. With continuation of this torture by Dotsure, it is becoming clear that I will soon be left with no option but to seek legal representation. To people out there; Dotsure insurance is bad news! For me, it is an unending, ********** nightmare! When you see their name, be cautious and think again.
