I sent a mail to Dotsure informing them that I would not be able to afford the current premium for my vehicle insurance due to financial constraints and wanted to cancel, and instead of just cancelling, I got a phone call from Elizabeth Pretorius who then offered me a discounted premium that I was eligible for. Her friendly assistance and due knowledge on the product has thus ensured that a customer has been retained.
