I made a claim and i didn't have sufficient documents due to everything was taken with car during the hijacking, been waiting for the call from dotsure but what came into my surprise yesterday when i called to follow up is that the claim was canceled without my knowledge, i sent an email Cailin didn't bother to reply whether she received the email or as Asanda forwarded her the documents, that the worst customer service and i am willing to take this to the OMBUDSMAN nd TWITTER i am sure i am not the 1st victim to experience such service
