They hide hidden costs, and if you don't have an operating license, they take -R20,000 for a claim. It's difficult to get your calls answered, and their loop holes are a pain in the ass. I want to speak to the CEO of Dotsure. Your clients lose vehicle because ot other people's incompetence, yet you don't get any money from the 3rd party. I've lost a vehicle and lost R90 000, R20 000 for the operating I have but my meter taxi license is the operating license. They don't care about the 3rd party and don't bother to get your money owed to you..I lost another R60 000 because they didn't pay me out what they said they would. Don't use this company..
