re Michael Bornman - AWESOME SERVICE I contacted Michael through the app of Dotsure to cancel my policy due to financial constraints. He phoned me back and tried all avenues to the max to accommodate me. He even gave me a month breather to finally decide whether I still want to cancel the pet insurance. I really do appreciate the humanity of the DOTSURE staff, in this case Michael Bornman. Working in a call center can so easily change into "cold calling" for marketing but I really received a lot of empathy
