Compliment to DotSure

I'd like to comment and compliment the DotSure Insurance on their swiftness to assist me in cancelling the Insurance Policy on a Car I had with them. After i had accepted their Comprehensive Cover, the only impediment on my side came as a result on not being able to agree to terms with their Partner/Third-party so therefore i cancelled only after they had already ran the first debit order....fast-forward, after receiving my email to cancel, they called me and confirmed that they are going to cancel...in few minutes i received the confirming Cancellation Letter in my email inbox, and they offered to facilitate the refund on the debit-order or else i could handle it myself, and i chose the latter....the swiftness and INTEGRITY they exuded/discharged in all this process, has amazed me and fascinated me...no pillar-to-post/post-to-pillar/beating about the bush....Though i am not a their client anymore, i am indeed their FAN, and i wound certainly consider them in the near future, and i can recommend them...all of their Agents are fantastic, however may i mention the one that assist with the CANCELLATION....Natassia Fourie....THAT'S COOOL LADY - THAT'S COOL, keep it up....and may i mention, the confirming CANCELLATION Letter has a personal touch to it,,,,,,Indeed, they don't create Policy Holders, but FANS
