Despite this not being part of her official job function, she went above and beyond by consistently phoning me with updates, ensuring I never felt abandoned in the process.

Her professionalism, empathy, and leadership qualities truly stood out. Nandipha demonstrated what it means to be an amazing team leader—someone who takes ownership, shows accountability, and prioritizes the customer’s wellbeing. While my overall experience with Dotsure was disappointing due to poor service from her colleagues, Nandipha was the one person who restored my faith by being present, proactive, and committed to helping me.
