Compliment
I would like to commend this insurance company on their excellent communication skills. I received a call from one of their Agent after numerous missed calls, He wanted to inform me that they have taken over from Hollard insurance and assured me that my cover is not affected and should I wish to get a copy of my contract they’ll email it to me. Excellent Communication skills to the gentlemen whom I received the call from.
