I would like to take this moment and thank my insurance DOTSURE for their prompt response to my accident, from the first consultant who took my call understanding the state I was in, offered to call me back, arranging for the vehicle to be towed and also trying to make sure we get home safely (unfortunately I don't remember her names and names of others as well you were call thereafter) date of calls 06/02/2021 morning around 10am. And lastly was this morning when I spoke to Andisiwe Goliath to register the claim, she was very empathetic, and willing to assist and make sure I don't feel prejudice and offended with what she will be asking me while registering my claim.
