This is a little late, however the service I received from Charlie Verity, was absolutely outstanding. I enquired about insurance for my pets a few months back and I wasn’t in the frame of mind to go ahead with it. However when I called back two months later. He was an absolute professional, he was a pleasure to deal with and answered every question properly. He isn’t there just to do his job he goes above and beyond. Thank you Charlie because of you my babies have pet insurance and I feel so relieved that I went through you.
