I have just recieved a call from a pet sales consultant (Charlize Minnaar). In all my life i have never dealt with anyone as friendly and professional as her she started talking to me about my package and from what was initially just a quote request i have decided to go for it because quite frankly customer service like that doesn't come around very often wel done and thank you for the spectacular service
