Complain

I recently obtained a claims card from Dotsure and unfortunately, my experience with it has been less than satisfactory. One particular issue that has plagued my usage of the card is when the card transaction was declined even when I had ample funds available in my account. I had only used the card twice and I do not understand how can it decline when it's used on one of the approved retailers. It will better if they give me cash instead of causing unnecessary inconvenience.
