Competency is excellent
Heather Mackenzie is such a friendly, helpful person and she assisted me to get cover for my two furbabies, explaining in detail what I needed to know. She was so patient waiting for me to retrieve my banking details. And no questions asked was deemed unnecessary. What an amazing experience. Thank you Heather Mackenzie.
