Compassionate approach

One our pups starting going backwards quickly, and he had to make a decision to ease his pain, which was heartbreaking in itself. I submitted a claim a few days later and the claim was paid, I got a letter of condolence stating that an animal from an animal rescue organisation will be fed for the month. I was also advised that the policy was changed and my pup was removed and the instalment was amended, without me having to go through any painful phone calls confirming anything, which meant a lot, especially when you are hurting.
