I was in contact witl Melvin, he was so understanding, you could see his smile over the phone, he helped me with my query so easy less than five minutes i received an email from Chardy Laws, Client Care Consultant and more over, i had claims with them, Mrs Barbie Fourie has been the consultant that i've been dealing with and all went smooth. I wish other companies they can learn from Dotsure maybe find out from them as to where do they take their agents for training because wow, you'll find a person who can't pronouce your name and surname correctly and they're very rude, however, with Dotsure agents, you always have a smile at the end of your telephone conversation, sms and an email.
